This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It is written to reflect our obligations as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to type into the appointment request form. That is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The treatment you are interested in, if you select one
• Your preferred date and session, if you choose them
• Anything you write in the optional message box

We do not ask for your medical or dental history through this website, and we ask you not to send it here. Please share those details with the dentist in person or over the phone.

This website does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about your appointment request and arrange a suitable time. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

Where your request goes

This website has no database, and nothing you submit is stored on it. When you send an appointment request, it is passed to a form-delivery service called Web3Forms, which emails it to the clinic. From that point it exists as an email in the clinic's inbox.

Other services used on this site

A few third-party services are used to make this website work. Each one may receive your IP address and basic technical details about your browser, as is normal when your device requests anything from the internet.

• Web3Forms — delivers your appointment request to our email.
• hCaptcha — checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views so we know roughly how many people visit. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Google Maps — the map showing our location is embedded from Google.
• Google Fonts and unpkg — deliver the typeface and icons used on the page.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and our analytics does not use cookies.

However, the embedded Google Map may set its own cookies in your browser and report your visit to Google. If you would rather avoid this, you can view our location by opening Google Maps directly instead of using the map on our contact section.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment requests only for as long as we need them to arrange your visit and keep a reasonable record of your contact with the clinic. If you would like your request deleted sooner, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Ask what personal information of yours we hold
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent for us to hold it
• Raise a grievance about how we have handled it

Keeping your information safe

Your request is sent over an encrypted connection, and access to the clinic's email is limited to the people who need it to arrange appointments. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical information through this form.

Children

We treat children as patients, but appointment requests for a child should be submitted by a parent or guardian, whose contact details we will use to arrange the visit.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
